The Baseline: For a Cajun Casual Dining establishment the creole flavors must be represented, there must be cajun offerings to the restaurant, and the experience must be true to the spirit of a the Cajun culture.

Food: You will get fed at R&O! The portions are sizable and the flavors are there. The PoBoy is the really good go-to sandwich for R&O but also the Muffaletta is about 2-3 meals if you order the full. They are not messin’ around on sandwiches at R&O. The onion rings are a good, tasty fried appetizer but it is a mound of onion and batter. All in all this is a great lunch spot with a good way not to ever walk away hungry.

Service: Southern hospitality on steroids. Had a great experience with our waiter and all the staff. Kept my water and soda refilled.

Ambiance: No frills, no muss, no fuss. This is a great sit down casual restaurant that is clean and up-kept. Clean bathroom and easy parking.

The service was disappointing. Our waitress had a noticeably bad attitude and acted like we were a burden just for being there. Her tone was aggressive and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The food itself was good, but definitely not worth the steep prices. Won’t be coming back.

Was all set to give it a go checked web and it said open until 8 so we headed out discussing what we would order n all BUT we arrived at 220 and to our surprise they were booked for a private party so we rebounded to another spot it’s gonna take some time to convince my wife to return only asking if you all are gonna close to public for a party maybe you can post on website and let us know . I will post once we do finally get a taste of that Roast Beef .

In Lundi Gras every table was more than 6 seated. They did an excellent job feeding everyone with grace and happy service.

Dear Owners of R&O,

After watching the episode of "Mystery Diners," I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the behavior exhibited by your server, Dee Dee. Her actions, such as running a customer's bun on her breast before serving it, were utterly unacceptable. It is concerning that the staff who condoned her behavior were not held accountable. I cannot imagine what other inappropriate actions may have occurred over the years.

While I understand the desire to keep the business within the family, I strongly recommend hiring outside help to ensure a higher standard of service and care for your customers. Due to the lack of attention to customer well-being demonstrated in this episode, I will not be dining at your establishment.
