Jan 2025. Excellence. The guy at the counter Reuben was hoppin' and boppin', so upbeat and friendly. Turned my day around. I noticed that the manager Aaron jumped in to help as needed. He saw me waiting for my food and got it for me. Food was what we usually expect - Great Cane's Standards. Thanks for awesome service and someplace that was great to go it besides the food!

I go out of my way to eat at this Canes because the food is ALWAYS amazing and the service is ALWAYS impeccable. Today I dined in by myself and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. There was a gentleman who table touched whilst I was eating to offer a refill and throw away my trash. It’s so unusual these days to find service like this, and as a restaurant manager myself I know how hard it is to maintain this level of service. I just want to give kudos to...
