Ruth's Chris is always our restaurant of choice for special celebrations. We found the steak not to be the quality expected for Ruth's Chris. While the flavor was there, the meat was a bit tougher than the past times we have dined there. Normally, it is so tender a steak knife isn't' needed. That wasn't the case this time. All other dishes were as expected.

I will start with the seating, it was a terrible make-shift area where they happened to place a table right where everyone passes including patrons, servers, and ancillary staff. The draft was quite annoying. Secondly, we were so rushed by the staff that it made us uncomfortable. They completely stopped serving or refilling our drinks. They boxed our food mixing appetizers. Tuna with spicy shrimp and BBQ shrimp with crab cakes. The flavors are very different but mixing them made one overpower the other. We decided to order appetizers to go and asked to box them separately. Thirdly, we asked if we could hold onto the menu as we like to order entrees to go for the work week. Our server, as we were discussing options with him, grabbed the menu and walked away with it. We were shocked. Fourth, we hadn't decided if we wanted dessert at that point so we asked for the dessert menu. The waiter, Chase, stated that he could just tell us the desserts and starts rambling off the items then stand there as we had to make a decision. We both opted for the cheesecake because we felt rushed and weren't able to view the menu. This experience has turned me off, because of the amount of money we spend or have spent, on making reservations here ever again. We will be looking into other options for our date nights. Sidenote: on another occasion we had made reservations and as we were walking to the table he was told to take his epoch hat off and as we looked around later in the evening we noticed men with baseball caps and other various hats at the tables. Last night as well. So is there a dress code or is it random?

Everything was nice. The service was awesome. Only issue was the lobster was a bit salty however when I brought it to the attention of the waiter he took care of it immediately.

The experience was a bit disappointing. It was a small group, so the service should have been better.

Service and ambiance is the main reason we made a reservation. We have dinned here many time over the years. The steaks were just OK. Temps were correct, but not much flavor from them. Crab cakes had a weird taste and the shrimp was very bland. Best thing we had was the French onion soup. We enjoyed our meal with our friends, but expected much more for the prices we paid.

Prejudice environment. Me and my girlfriend walked in to be seated . We were greeted by a Caucasian male telling me I had to take off my hat to sit in the day area and if not I would have to sit at the bar no big deal ! We chose the bar area only to be able to see into the den are where a table of white folks were there sat a white lady who had a straw hat on and a older white guy with a baseball cap on eating lol. Of course I’m black so yeah . So called rules should apply to everyone no matter your skin color ! Clearly a establishment that has racist practices.

We came here for an intimate birthday dinner and everything was superb. We wanted to sit in the bar area because we liked the atmosphere and we were able to keep up with sports on TV which was a plus. Other than the food being superb, the most memorable experience that we wanted to note was the excellence in our waiter MARK!!! He was absolutely spectacular and was very attentive. He made our dining even more special, attentive, patient and friendly.

Mark was an excellent waiter even explaining the history of the Ruth Chris brand. The meal was fantastic with the highlight being my 11oz filet with lobster and the French onion soup. The honey citrus martini was also fantastic.

What an evening! ¡Muchísimas gracias! Moe was the man who made every aspect fantastic. 🙏🏽
Let's start off with the food. Sensual, succulent, simply scrumptious even with *slightly* smaller portions (not a complaint, why supersize every meal these days?)
It's a steak house! Steaks were incredible‼️🥩
Moe recommended the cremini mushrooms which were a killer 👌🏽, the mashed potatoes surprised us with their buttery flavor and smooth texture, both the ahi tuna and stuffed mushroom appetizers were good enough to be their own entree. 🍽️
Dim lighting made each table feel personal, and lil tea lights were such a charm. Much appreciation for the staff and the professionalism they each displayed at all times while on the floor.
The playlist was groovy, but kinda odd for the level of class the rest of the restaurant was sending out. 🎶
Maybe this is biased because I'm just thrilled to be here. This chain has a wild history and has managed to find success all over the world. 🌏

The only thing I was disappointed by was their elimination of the Apple pie - one of our favorites - please bring it back!

Our Easter dinner was extremely special. We shared a chopped salad which was crisp with a light dressing and adequate to share. I had the Sea bass and my friend had the salmon.Both were served sizzling and were perfectly prepared and delicious.We added Brussels sprouts and sweet potato casserole which we also shared . They were equally as delicious. Our service was also excellent. We would not hesitate to return,

We arrived before 11 am. Ruth Chris was just opening. Immediately seated and had an incredible waiter, Peter. The food was amazing!
