Went yesterday to buy hank I was on drive thru and they ingnore me no body say anything wait like 25 minutes went inside and white girl snd 2 more inside I toll then you not working they look at me like I essentially there Thas unprofessional they shouldn’t be there nasty customer service ingnore all of then wait in line like 20 minutes more no body say apologize or anything like I wasn’t there they need hired people nice , polite

Horrible customer service skills! Monday Labor Day 9/4/2023 I placed an order on the Smoothie King app for myself & a family member. Transaction went thru without any problems, get to the store across from Zephyr field next to Canes & Smoothie King is closed! I drove up, saw a car in the parking lot, went to the drive thru window & sat a couple of minutes, nobody came to the window. Tried calling the store, went to voicemail saying the mailbox was full to call back at a later time! Tuesday 9/5/2023, tried twice in the morning & mid afternoon! The same voicemail came in saying the mailbox was full & try again later. I've sent 3 messages via the app & NOBODY has called or emailed me! I've gotten an email from Smoothie King asking how the service was on 9-5-2023, answered all the questions & nothing! So from this I've learned that it's not good business to deal with Smoothie King because they don't care about "customer service" and 2nd they must be hard up to meet payroll that it is taking my $17.00 to make payroll! I've never received a refund! I work 2 jobs which makes it nearly impossible to make it to the store before it closed! Thanks again Smoothie king for stealing my 17.00!

I frequent this location all of the time. Today was no different. I ordered a Caribbean Way and it taste like water. There was literally no flavor. I go here for the convenience of the drive-thru, however, I won't be back.

Went to this Smoothie this morning and ordered a yogurt mocha coffee smoothie which was like cool water coffee. Nothing like a Smoothie. I tried to call but no one answered so when back after work to get a replacement with no prevail. The employees was very cold hardy with no type of customer service. I left there ridicule with no satisfactory. Will never go to that Smoothie King again.

very nasty & rude!! A. Flowers claimed to be a manager after we asked for 1 & shouldn't be! Mad bc we wanted a refund for the smoothie bowls that wasn't filled to the fill line, we'vehad this problem before & the other location made us aware of the fill line, apologized & fixed the issue. This lady aggressively snatched the receipt out my hand & when I snatched my money back she threatened to call the police, after she started the mess! This insane lady went to cursing & counting down telling me to leave out the drive thru or she's going to call 911. No wonder there weren't other cars in their drive thru & after reading these reviews...this type of customer service isn't new at this trashy place. Call who you want to call but don't start disrespect & think you won't get it back!s/n its much more she did unprofessionally but I'd be writing all night.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a business. The lady in the window A. Flowers was rude and disrespectful. She was already moving slow saying things like she didn’t want to be there and was aggravated. When I told her the order was incorrect she said give me the bowls back and take your money back or go to another location. I was appalled. She then snatched the receipt and proceeded to slam the window and scream so annoying. Something needs to be done
