Horrible customer service skills! Monday Labor Day 9/4/2023 I placed an order on the Smoothie King app for myself & a family member. Transaction went thru without any problems, get to the store across from Zephyr field next to Canes & Smoothie King is closed! I drove up, saw a car in the parking lot, went to the drive thru window & sat a couple of minutes, nobody came to the window. Tried calling the store, went to voicemail saying the mailbox was full to call back at a later...read full review
I frequent this location all of the time. Today was no different. I ordered a Caribbean Way and it taste like water. There was literally no flavor. I go here for the convenience of the drive-thru, however, I won't be back.
