Sonic Drive-In

Had to wait over half an hour after I was told it was drive-thru only, only went there for a milkshake, they told me they ran out of ice cream there were only trying to take one order at a time which made the drive-thru line back up ,also the lane for drive-thru next to the parking Lanes is too narrow not enough room for a car to get out if they decided not to stay that long, still forced to stay there for over half an hour cuz there wasn't enough room to get out of line

The intercom no one was answering it in the drive-through. The car in front of me had been waiting for 10 minutes while I was sitting there. I don’t know how long they were waiting before me. The guy must have got frustrated and pulled off. I sat at the intercom for another 10 minutes I drove up to the window. I told the guy that I was picking up to go order The guy it took him 15 minutes so I was there for 35 minutes for order that had already been placed a hour ahead of time I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Just go to ANY other fast food place. The staff takes forever and the food is cold when it gets to you.

Just had a bad experience here i don't understand what going on with this supposedly fast food places my order was wrong and good thing I checked before I left the driver thu ask the cashier and manger for a correction they refused and asked me to pay the deference after I had already tip the cashier this exam isn't worth my money I could have paid the same at bayou beer garden for a fresh burger and sonic head quarters offered my a free drink with purchase smh

Pulled up at 9:00 pm, pushed the button to get service and waited for 30 mins to have someone mumble through the speaker and not answer any questions. Pulled around to the drive through and received the same service.

Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap stall was broken, so ZERO accessibility.

Bought 3 meals, 2 were double cheeseburgers. Meat was not cooked all the way. Once I saw red juice coming from patties it went in the trash. 36 dollars for undercooked burgers, son ate his chicken toast thing got diarrhea, probably from them handling all the undercooked meat.

Mic on the menu doesnt work so you can't hear if they got your order. Then you have to wait to get to the window to order only for them to make you wait even longer and give you the wrong thing. I ordered a super sonic cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. I received a quarter pound double cheeseburger. Then when I finally got my burger it was as cold as the toppings. Waste of time and money.

GO TO THE SONIC DOWN THE ROAD, IT WILL BE FASTER INCLUDING THE EXTRA TIME YOU'LL DRIVE. Over a 30 minute wait time. Said it was on the way. Pushed the button to ask for my order and they said it would be right out. Went to the door to ask a server about it and the order was never made. They gave me a refund.

I give the store zero Stars I went to the Sonic last night at 7:30 p.m. I waited at a stall for 30 minutes no one came on the speaker to take my order I then went around through the drive-thru and waited another 10 minutes and again no one came to the speaker to take my order I pulled around and a bunch of kids we're standing inside the building doing each other's hair and playing around it says that they don't close until midnight yet I waited at the store for 30 minutes to place my order and not one of the six to seven people in the store came out to take my order or to speak to me they just looked at me dumbfounded through the drive through window horrible horrible horrible customer service if employees aren't going to do their job they don't need to be working at this establishment

The store on veterans is always bad.i eat at sonic several times a week and this is only location that always has problems. Bad sevice,messed up orders.not worth stopping at this location. I eat at sonics from metarie la to hot springs arkansas and this is only location that's always a disaster

Went to the sonic on veterans and when I started ordering my food for my family the lady was extremely rude like she didn't want to be there. When she brought me my food I asked her who was that I had talked to and she screamed that was me that was me. When I got home no one's order was right and everyone's still hungry. I think she was a manager. Needless to say she got no tip.

Place was empty,yet no one answered drive thru.after several minutes I pulled up to window and saw 3 employees talking between themselves. No one ca m e to window.also tried calling and no one answered.i eat at sonic restaurants several times a week.this is the only location that always has problems. This will be last time I go there.dont waste your time.i love sonic but this location is bad.the one on airline hwy is great
