I made an online order for 12pm . I got
Here for 12pm
And I’m still here at 12:45 pm !!! I press the scanner twice they kept saying sorry and people that came behind me kept getting their food before me . Now it’s what did you order ? Are you serious ‘!!!

I avoid going to this location because they have never gotten any of my orders correct or something is always “out” or “broken”…. Do not recommend this spot.

11/8/25 @ 11:36am the young lady at the window that took my order was very unprofessional I told her #8 which on the display board the #8 shows two different hotdogs.

I told her the chili cheese dog with onion rings and an ocean water for the drink. If a person says I want a number 8 that means a combo.

I gave her my card thinking she took my order correctly. I get my food there’s no side, no onion rings. I asked for my onion rings she says I didn’t order them.
So because I really wanted them I paid a totally of $11.71 because she didn’t take my order correct and argued with me about it.

She needs to learn how to repeat what she heard before taking ppl money and having them paying more money than they have to!!!!!

How can you possibly be in business for allowing someone to wait (currently) 17 minutes for a diet cherry limeade. I would leave, but I am gridlocked in the drive thru. And yes, drive thru, because they don’t take orders from the stall slots.

How do you tell your customers there are no restrooms. It's a requirement for your business to operate to have a restroom and running water for customers. Now due to your laziness of not wanting to clean the restroom o have to clean urine out my car because my 3 year old couldn't hold it

Ordered an Oreo Blast and a Reese's blast today. Except for the very top found ZERO oreos and ZERO Reese's. Literally all plain vanilla ice cream.
Do better! If I wanted vanilla I would have ordered it and saved about $4.

Kiosks not working, drive thru got jammed, waited for almost an hour because I was stuck between cars. I did not order, probably a good thing.
