The lobster is fresh frozen at Sports Beat. It's good but not as good as JEAGER'S. For the same price JEAGER'S serves a fresh lobster with boiled corn and potatoes, soup and salad for $25.00. The Wednesday steak night is a good deal. On Saturdays they serve $2.00 burgers and hot dogs all day, much smaller than the regular burger and it's plain. By the time you ad a $1 upcharge for every extra ingredient including cheese, grilled onions etc. You might as well get the regular sized burger...it comes with fries and is a least 8 to 12 ounces of meat. The salads and chicken tenders are a good deal. It's a smoky bar so prepare yourself.

We love coming here on Mondays. Best place for if you want to go to a casual bar, but don’t want too much rowdiness. It’s so chill here. A lot of space to hang out. They have great deals, esp the lobster monday! Everyone here is so nice. Love Miss T! She’s the sweetest.

So smoky! I had no idea it was ok to smoke where food was being served! There was an outdoor tent set up but, it was about to storm. Lobster night was a great deal! Just be prepared for the smoke in the bar.

Absolutely amazing value for a Local. Craig the Executive chef produces very good quality bar food. By no means fine dining but terrific comfort eats. Dawn and Michelle absolutely rock the bar and the floor. Total professionals in that they are in constant motion, providing exceptional service, atmosphere and familiarity to the guests. A hidden in plain sight gem in Metairie.
