No oat milk! Came off the highway with the trailer to get a latte without milk and they were out of oat milk. Only a few things you gotta get right at a coffee store, specially Starbucks!

I asked for an iced lavender matcha which typically has a faint sweet flavor making it a perfect drink for someone like me who doesn’t like sweet SWEET DRINKS OR BITTER DRINKS ! HOWEVER I ASKED TWICE to one of their employee if they could make my drink bc it was too bitter and it was still bitter both times . Absolutely incompetent people );( I am not happy that Starbucks hires people who can’t make drink how they are supposed to be :( I’ve had so much bad experience/bad drinks so many countless times NEVER COMING BACK !!
This is the best Starbucks location! I order my coffee here multiple times a day, and it’s always made perfectly and on time. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for excellent service and quality coffee!

Ordered two drinks and two bakery items at this location around 5:45 pm. today. Gal over the speaker was very short with me while u was ordering and had an attitude after i ordered only four simple items. Gentleman at the window basically threw my items into my car. I ignored it and just told him to have a good night only for this to result in a slammed window. Not a fan and i will probably just stick to my normal location in Harahan.

Ice Coffee wasn't made right. Barely taste Coffee because it tastes like cream. I feel she rushed it, trying to prepare it in a timely manner.

Went through drive through we order 2 granda coffees. One pumpkin spice latie withe decaf coffee it's was ALL WRONG. It wasn't even a pumpkin spice. I brought it to the drive through worker All he did was take the cup bk and put cinnamon on the top. We did not request no whip cream on it and that was the other problem we got it bk without whipped cream. The other was a white chocolate mocha and it tasted like straight milk. And was so HOT I had to add for more ice. This stop here was horrible.

Today oerdered online picked up in drive through, cup was 3/4 full. Back to French Press we go! Very rude!!

Soo. I go in there order what I normally order. Well I get my stuff and realize the drink is not what I ordered. I’m pretty sure the person who took my order didn’t hear me correctly. So I say something about it and get automatic attitude by the girl making the drink. Then they say we will remake it and never did. 15 minutes down the drain. Then I get told by another person oh go back down by the register and they will take care of you. Ok, so I’m supposed to pay for a whole other drink because the person taking my order didn’t hear me correctly. They didn’t even read my order back to me to make sure it was correct. I will never come back to this store ever again. Customer service was horrible, attitudes galore, and just miserable in general. After all that waiting my food got cold so now $30 later here I am. Unbelievable. If you don’t like your job or people don’t work in customer service. My whole Starbucks experience is ruined in one visit. Not to mention I overheard 2 of the workers talking about me as well. So unprofessional and disappointed at the service. Beware.. go to a different location where the workers are happy to be there.

I’ve gave this place so many chances I feel ashamed to say how many, after receiving yet another poorly made drink the other day, I will finally leave this review and never return! Handing out milk with a hint of coffee after asking for extra shots is nasty work! They make only coffee flavoured milkshakes, ughhh.

Staff is very helpful, even if you re are new to this establishment, they help you out getting what you want. In and out quickly. The place is nicely done, and always clean, bathrooms are also clean. Deff will be back getting my usual here.
