Staff undertrained, not knowledgeable of the coffees etc. Shift absent or unaware. Orders sitting around, unable to focus on the job in front of them. Falls way short of where Starbucks has prided itself in the past.
This is the friendliest Starbucks; they made our trip a happy one.
I love this starbucks. Definitely my favorite in town and I know im not the only one that loves them. They're usually pretty busy but they always get my drink to me as fast as they can and are always cheery at the window!

This Starbucks location in Slidell, next to the Fremaux Mall, has fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to be super pleasant and welcoming. Servers are fantastic and quick, with a wonderful atmosphere. One barista was amazing, making a customer feel comfortable and confident in drink choices. Another staff member put salted caramel cold foam in a separate cup to ensure the customer liked it before topping the salted caramel mocha frappe drink, and did not charge for cup drizzle. The store is always clean and the staff engage with customers while working. Every Starbucks needs a Ricki and a Ricki attitude. The staff and product make for an enjoyable, fabulous experience.
