Beyond frustrated! Please open up at normal hours. This is a management issue. Either pay your morning crew more which you are losing in revenue anyway or fire them for not wanting to support the business. I can guarantee when PJ's opens across the street things will get back to normal. Please hold someone accountable.

This Starbucks location in Slidell, next to the Fremaux Mall, has fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to be super pleasant and welcoming. Servers are fantastic and quick, with a wonderful atmosphere. One barista was amazing, making a customer feel comfortable and confident in drink choices. Another staff member put salted caramel cold foam in a separate cup to ensure the customer liked it before topping the salted caramel mocha frappe drink, and did not charge for cup drizzle. The store is always clean and the staff engage with customers while working. Every Starbucks needs a Ricki and a Ricki attitude. The staff and product make for an enjoyable, fabulous experience.
