“Parking is horrible, but not much they can do for where they are located. Store does a good job, but manager needs to catch up with the rest of Subway. I ate the Rib Sandwich on July 1 that has been advertised at other New Orleans Subways since June. Went here on July 13th for supper and they had not even heard of it yet. It is the Subway sandwich for July and July is almost over. You are the closest location to where I live so please get with the program. Thanks.“

“Very good location. Hard to find a parking space due to the kick boxing academy next door. Two employees working very well as a team and making great sandwiches and asking the right questions. After visiting this location Subway's reputation went up on my scale.“

“I come to this Subway frequently because I work close by. The owners are always on the frontline make sandwiches and working the register alongside their staff. Their staff are always pleasant too. The female owner memorized my order and my small silly preferences (like cutting my wrap a certain way). Would recommend this location :)“

“If you go to subway the sandwiches will either be good or bad, depending on the location, and everything beyond that is the service. This location has good sandwiches and I've had the most friendly, warm service every time I've gone to this subway so it's my favorite in Metairie.“

“Great customer service from the 3 ladies there! Even with a long line, I was in and out within 8 minutes. Food was yummy and now I can rest peacefully. The parking lot was full due to workers in other suites even though most of the parking belongs to Subway. I’ll be back for sure! Check them out and make sure to tip!“

“Subway has very fresh ingredients and such a huge selection of meats and veggies and the most unbelievable selection of hot breads. You have about eight different breads to choose from they heated for you put the meat and cheese on and heat it and then they put all kinds of veggies. In fact anything you could ever want. They also have a huge selection of drinks and chips. Excellent food it's always delicious and fresh no matter what you order“
