Subway in New Orleans

“So listen, this Subway location is one of my absolute favorites. It is tucked away in a spot that is not that easy to find, but if you find it, you will be happy. The owners are really nice. They always greet when you come in, and offer free cookies for understanding any mistakes they make. They are super detail oriented, and really try to ensure your food is done well.“

“Needed a quick bite to eat before getting on to the ferry. The air conditioner was either broken or not on. The fire alarm alert kept going off every thirty seconds, and the sandwich maker made 2 additional online orders while I waited in front of him before he began to take my order.“

“I stopped at this location it was next 2 Rouses supermarket I had the cheese pizza it is delicious I will order it time after time love itVegetarian options: I was at another location and this couple ordered a flat bread with vegetables only i will be trying that next“

“The 2 young ladies that served me Thursday the 27th of May 2023 when I went there for lunch was so pleasant and attentive not only to me but everyone before me, and after me as I noticed while I was there. I was so impressed, that I wanted to take their picture and post to make note of it.“

“BEST SUBWAY IN NOLA!Timely service, clean eating area & my subs, which were ordered online, were made perfectly and as requested.The staff even went out of their way to leave handwritten notes for us in our orders - SO SWEET! “I usually order a foot long tuna from this location in Wal-Mart on Bullard.. Unlike some other Subway locations (see my other reviews) the sandwich maker doesn't ration out the scoops of tuna by scraping them flat. The result is a well balanced sandwich that tastes like a tuna sandwich instead of a salad on French. I always leave a tip at Subways where they don't scrimp on the portions. And where they do I walk away. UPDATE: On my last visit the lady behind the counter was a skimpy with the tuna so I used the money I usually give as a tip to buy an extra scoop.“

“As a chain Subway is better than most other fast food joints. This one in particular though, was a great experience. The ladies behind the transparent wall o' sandwich stuff were friendly, funny, and fast at their job. The one who put the sandwiches together had me cracking up. Lastly, my gf loves their chocolate chip cookies and that was the only kind of cookies with an empty spot. However, they brought some fresh baked ones out for me and really made my girl's day brighter.(side note: ppl need to tip more, their tip box was so sad)“

“Today was my first visit to this location. I ordered a footlong Italian BMT. Great customer service! The employees are awesome! They smile! They listen & pay attention to the customer. My sandwich was made perfectly! The chocolate chip cookies were fresh & soft. Keep up the great work! Thanks!“

“Food was good, but employees need to stop having arguments between themselves in front of customers! One lady was doing all the work, the other one was avoiding working...the day mgr needs to get rid of her! She apparently doesn't like her job, you do not do that in front of customers!!!“

“I stopped here while in the CBD area for a quick bite. The line was moderate but the cashiers were kind of slower than usual speed of other Subways I've been to before. I speak clearly and the restaurant was quiet but for some reason I found myself repeating everything because the cashier was holding personal conversations and taking my order at the same time. The sandwich itself was awesome and that's why I wasn't too hard with the review stars.“

“The counter girl who made my sandwich was very nice. Everything was perfectly made. Customer after me was acting belligerent and she still kept her composure as he was being incredibly unkind and argumentative. Will come back to see your professional employees again.“

“Good location. They had this one lady there that seems confused on how to make sandwiches. She must of just started. However there's a sista there that does a superb job making your order and clearing up the order mess of the other person. The other person has to redo mine like 4 times. If it wasn't for the sista I would of left and never went back. Location is good and they be busy.“

“Ever since this Subway location got new management they have improved drastically! The employees are so kind and welcoming. It seems like they actually want to be there unlike before when the past employees were clearly miserable. The place is so much more clean and put together. I know it sounds crazy but even the sandwiches taste better!!“

“I was able to grab some foot longs for my boyfriend and I. I got him the Subway Club and I got the foot long of tuna. It gets dark pretty early so I got a little extra food for us to snack on for later through the night. I also grabbed some delicious ?chocolate chip ? and macadamia nuts cookies to go! Super glad ? I was able to get in and out with no wait time! My boyfriend really enjoyed his giant, stuffed foot long and so did I thanks again Subway.“

“Gonna give it 5 stars as of right now. I have only been to this location 3 times in the last week but nothing seemed off or wrong and the staff seemed happy to help unlike one of their old locations on st Andrew's that place was garbage once the Indian people left and it's no longer open thank goodness but this place is solid for now.“

“Very nice employees at this location! Their menu is also up to date and moves quickly enough for you to get through the options relatively quickly -- very convenient for those on the freedom meal plan to see what combinations they can get. Nice, big, open seating area, with wi-fi, conveniently located on campus.“

“There was one sandwich artist on staff, and she had to make 10+ sandwiches for some high school team, then make my 2 sandwiches that I ordered on the app. She handled the rush and got me out of there relatively quickly. She did a great job!“

“This is literally my favorite subway. The staff is so friendly and makes whatever sandwich I want and I always leave this subway feeling happy and excited, both about my sub and about life. 5/5 stars would recommend to anyone who like delicious subs and kind customer service“

“I usually don’t get Subway but today’s visit here was a nice experience. The tuna sub was really fresh and the staff are super nice. You don’t get this kind of genuinely nice service anymore. Their prices are still reasonable too. I’ll be back for sure.“

“We absolutely LOVE subway. We just recently started eating here. It had been years since my wife or myself had eaten Subway.This location is nice. They have an awesome fan inside, which feels AMAZING ?. The employees are always very polite. And the food is always delicious.My only thing is, be sure to check your order before you leave. I walk to and from the restaurant, it's 6 blocks from my house. And it sucks so bad when you do all of that on a hot day, and then get home and your order is wrong.Other than that, I definitely recommend! I will more than likely be going there tomorrow evening, for dinner. ?It doesn't give me the option to pick my favorite sub, down below. My favorite is The Monster. My wife likes the Ham and Cheese Melt. Our son likes The Champ.“

“Ok - so I would have to actually agree with some of the negative reviews here at times but not today. Today we met Becky S. She is definitely a "CAN DO" person! My son had a special request and when one of the other employees said no she stepped in an said "No Problem" and proceeded to make him exactly what she wanted. If you had more employees like her you wouldn't have a 2.5 star rating. Kudos to Becky and her winning attitude. At least She still knows that customer is the priority in the food service industry. “Started coming here a lot when I was pregnant last year and never had an issue. I've ordered online from here as well as go in to order. Food is always good, my sandwich today was the best one yet and service is decent (but this is NO lol). Anyway, I will continue to go here.“

“Had a great experience at this subway! Was in New Orleans for a conference and needed a quick lunch in between sessions. At a break, ran across the street to find a line out the door. I was impressed with how efficiently they moved customers through during a high volume time! I have never been to a Subway this generous with portions before. My sandwich ended up being gigantic, which is never the case at this chain! Inside was as clean as they could for such a busy time, but I ended up eating at an outside table across the street so I can't speak for more. Staff was friendly, sandwich was delicious, line moved fast, so overall great experience and no complaints!“

“This Subway shop is close to Canal Street, thus convenient to the CBD and not far from the French Quarter. It was quiet when I visited on a Friday, early evening, so no line, quick service. My foot-long cheese steak sandwich was typical of this chain, tasty and reasonably-priced.“

“Great customer service. Both women behind the counter went beyond "customer service". I dined in and watched them act overly kind and helpful to all customers that came in. They even greeted everyone with a smile. The store was clean & organized.“

“This is one of the better once.The man working here was very good. I visited 2 times, and both times went quite good. I got everything as I wanted it. If I asked for a bit more filling I got it with no extra charges. I got 2 dressings and 2 stripes of avocaka for only $1 add-on fee very pleased with my visit.Very good subway, good amount of fillings. Would say you get more filling than most places here was very good.Everything was very fresh.When you pay for add-ons you get a good amount of extra filling very good.Toated bread to an extra crisp, on request.It was nice and clean inside.Stocked up on everything.He did speak on the phone while serving me but if it was a customer call I can't blame him as he was alone all day in the shop.Forgot to take pictures before I ate was hungry.“
