First few visits to this Subway was decent. However, don’t go first thing in the morning, as no ingredients are readily available including the bread. No coupons allowed either.

My boyfriend goes into the bathroom and comes out with a gash on his arm. I want to hear back from the owner of this building about this because I want some kind of compensation for this cause this is ridiculous. You were in a business and you can’t make sure your patrons are safe fix the door or I will be calling someone to get it. Make sure it gets fixed And it will be from Jefferson Parish.

Doesn't allow coupons received in mail. Decided to get the special of the day which it included the Philly steak footlong meal for about $10. The meat was super salty, the bread wasnt toasted right and they didnt have honey oat bread. I think I was discriminated, the second place in Metairie that doesn't accept coupons. I live, eat, sleep by myself, I am not married, not a lesbian, not gay nor a mother unfortunately, I shouldnt be charged extra for someone else to get a discount.

Very unimpressed with this Subway joint. My app would not work when I was out of town... Guy behind the counter was a total jerk.

If I have no star I gave to her , the lady got my food waiting getting cold to keep serving others customers & because I complained about refuse to serve me , I would like the manager to get in contact with me because the attitude of the server is taking the customer away, at least I stopped 3 times a week to get sandwiches & I even tipps her with 20% when I'm no supposed to tipp.

Management was trying to take tips I gave to a employee

In this place the service is not excellent, in addition to that the vegetables are old and damaged. The older employee was racist to me and didn't want to read my translation, I suffered from racism and didn't want to give me new vegetables. The truth is I don't recommend this place at all.

Just left and had a TERRIBLE experience. The workers didn’t know what they were doing. Some girl must’ve been new because she didn’t even know what a spicy italian sandwich was. I would speak and barely get a response. Very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. Never going back to this location!!!!

Had the pizza with steak, bell pepper, onions, banana peppers, and olives! It was delicious! Service was very nice as well!
