Your restaurant sounds good but after watching your Waiter Mike and his TikTok's l'm hesitating in booking a table. Are you aware of this? Very unprofessional of an employee to be speaking on your customers of who paid and what they ordered. Do you realize who you had in your restaurant? Do you realize who Mike is associating your restaurant with?
Maybe you should looking into his TikTok page. He uses your restaurants name on his videos. You guys seem to be a good restaurant...read full review
Service- HORRIBLE. Food very good. There were 5 of us. It was at least 10mins before the waiter came. Then another waiter came and said he would help too. (nope he refilled water once) Waiter got 4 out of 5 drinks wrong. We inquire about the Pasta Wheel and he states, "you'll get it when you get it". So, we didn't order it. My husband and I along with another couple went this Saturday Jan 4th as it was our 11 year anniversary, originally we were supposed to go to Nola but with recent events we decided to stay in Metairie for safety.
