This location has gone downhill. This used to be my favorite location and crew when I lived in Lakeview. Whole new crew, worst experience.
I ordered an All-Star with a waffle, grits and scrambled eggs on the mobile app at 10:45am with an expected ready time of 11:00am. I arrived at 10:55 and there was a young lady in line placing her order to go. She received her order and left at 11:10. I didn’t receive my order until 11:22.
The waffle was under cooked and soggy. The eggs were basically fried, not scrambled. The toast was burnt on one side with no butter.
Hoping management sees this and makes some changes.

If I could give 0/5 I swear I would. The moment from walking in I just knew it was about to be a great experience. Well that was over. As I’m getting served my food I hear unpleasant comments about my “special order” all because I asked for my hash brown to be placed on top my my omelette, which to me isn’t as special as how I normally get my omelette with the hash brown inside. The manager was beyond rude to my friend as well and her food was burnt. The atmosphere seemed good in the beginning. Tuah that changed quick. I will never go here again. My waiter was really sweet, I made sure she got a tip. But the overall experience here was trash. I need to get in contact with corporate or a district manager about this.

I would absolutely never come here again. The staff was very rude and the food was not cooked properly. The nasty comments that were made were very inappropriate and I’ve never experienced this at any Waffle House I’ve been to.

Came here today after a school play for a family friend. It was shift change & the vibe was great. Everyone was friendly with customers & each other. I told them I'd be back! There's a waffle house less than a mile from my house & I once sat at the bar unspoken to (with literally no other guests there) for almost/at least 5 minutes....so I will now leave the westbank to come here if it's half the quality of what it was today. THANK YOU JULIA for taking me & to the coworker of hers that got me my waffle after her shift ended<3
