Arrived at 9:30 a.m., no toilet paper in ladies' room, had to ask an employee to put some in there, which he did. Seats are torn and look terrible. Morning person behind counter is really not a morning person - no personality. Food was good.
False advertisement. We got two baconators and small baconator, all were not as advertised. Baconators supposed to have six strips bacon, if you take two strips cut in three, you have six pieces. The advertisement shows bacon hanging out of burger, bacon barely fit and hidden under bun. Definitely not worth the $6.19 price. Was not given a receipt, called the number on bag, was told someone would call, never called me back.

Wendy's is a well-run restaurant with excellent customer service. The drive-thru experience was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the store was impressive, and the manager and cashier were welcoming. Orders were taken quickly and accurately, with hot and fresh food served promptly. The new strawberry frosty was recommended and highly praised. A highlight was the delicious garlic fries and peppermint frosty, both receiving high ratings. The only downside was flat drinks and a lack of ice in the self-serve dispenser. Overall, a great place to enjoy a tasty meal with excellent service.
