Late night stop at Taco Bell for something quick to eat. I ordered through the mobile app and picked up through the drive thru. The mobile app was simple & easy to navigate. The cashier at the window was very pleasant, my food was hot and exactly how I ordered it. I went home satisfied.
Hi! I've visited too many fast food restaurants during 1 year and 3 months living in New Orleans, only 2 employees were friendly, professional and demonstrating empathy especially for me that I'm not a native of North America but today I'm adding someone else to the list and his name is Craig. This amazing and excellent employee provided me an outstanding and wonderful customer service while I made my order.
