Improve upon actually giving the customer what they've ordered- that would be a great start. I used the mobile app- after waiting in line for 15 minutes was told they did not have what I ordered. Pulled up to the window and watched the girl fill half my cup with something I did not order. When I corrected my drink order I got no response but watched her fill the second half of the cup with the correct drink. So I got half HiC fruit punch and HiC half grape.
