Acadiana is wonderful! Food and staff are top notch! Love the shrimp and the boudin egg rolls! So so good!

Based on the reviews, Acadiana Seafood is a hidden gem with great food, service, and atmosphere. The restaurant serves delicious Cajun food, including the catfish, green fried tomatoes, crawfish ettouffee, and frog legs. The crawfish egg rolls and the crabcake acadiana with etouffee poured over top were also a big hit. Other meals mentioned include the beef dip sandwich, blackened shrimp tacos, and the blackened fish poboy. The fried catfish and shrimp are phenomenal. The service is incredible, with a friendly staff that is patient, helpful, attentive, and polite. The waitresses keep drinks refilled and bring food out fresh. The atmosphere is great. Highly recommended.
