What was once a shining example of Chinese buffet in Minden has turned into an exercise in mediocrity. The food, and service, seem to have deteriorated... It's almost as though the owners have gotten lazy, and complacent. I do not eat here anymore.****UPDATE JUNE 2023**** The food is much better and the service is now self service.I'll accept that as a good trade!Get your own drinks (fountain, tea, coffee)is a plus! Try it again for the first time!
The food is bland, no staff except busboy and cashier. If you are craving Chinese, you may be disappointed. The best items are the homemade spring rolls that are hard to describe but unlike any I have ever tasted. Best amenity is the microwave oven to heat up cold food. Best Chinese restaurant in Minden. Also, only Chinese restaurant in Minden.
