We eat here quite a bit, but usually to go. This time we dined in. The riblets are usually hot and tender but these were cold and tough. They were just not appetizing. \n\nWe asked the cashier, who was wiping down the drink station, about getting the meat heated but the she just said “I don’t know, you’ll have to ask them and nodded toward the kitchen!” Another customer came in so I decided that it wasn’t worth continuing to stand there to get it resolved. I have 4 star because I didn’t get utensils and the chocolate cake was spongy but other than that, the food was good. I got the rib small plate with coleslaw and beans. I went through the drive-thru. I would go or recommend.
Food is always fantastic. This time, I ordered plates with brisket and sausage. Usually, the brisket is sliced (or they ask your preference), and the 2 meats are wrapped individually in cling wrap to keep them moist and separate. However, this time, they chopped the brisket finely and sealed both meats together, making it virtually impossible to save the other meat for tomorrow's lunch. Still tasted great.
