I may have names misspelled, but Roslyn is always pleasant to talk with with you enter, Gip is a master at the grill (he always customizes my Beyond Burger just the way I like), Tyrone knows his cajun cooking (his etouffee, creole, and jumbalaya are to die for), and Henry always gives me a fist bump in between refilling ice, keeping the tables and counters clean, and any of a dozen other jobs he does. There are others that are also really nice - I just am bad with names.“
