We love this restaurant! The food is always great and the staff treats their customers very well. We have eaten here too many times to count and we have never had a complaint!! I wanna shout out to Mr. Gerald who keeps the table turnover running smoothly, keeps the dining room clean and is ALWAYS nice, even during prime time! If you’ve never been, the fried cheese is a home made gift!! Everything is delicious. Can’t go wrong! Thank you Catfish Charlie’s!

Went to Sunday lunch with my son after mass this morning and it was delicious! Great service and great food!

I ordered a 6 piece filet meal . I didn’t get any French fries and 5 out of the 6 filets were just fried very small all curled up greasy filets . No meat . I got one decent filet . I called to make a complaint on the quality of the food . The manager was busy so they said . I left a message for them to call me back but they never did . I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager , they said call back in 5. -10 minutes . I said I’ll wait . I overheard the manager say , I don’t want to talk to him , then the guy in the phone said he went to the back . I said I’m feeling like I’m getting the runaround . They hung up . Apparently their food quality has gone down and they don’t care for their customers . I trashed those filets as they weren’t fit for human consumption . I paid good money for junk food.

Got plates, waited for sweet tea, got one, had to wait for other one, 5 minutes to eat with friend---soggy fries,cold hush puppies food not even warm!

Catfish Charlie’s is one of my favorite fish restaurants. However, we ordered two fried turkeys for Thanksgiving this year and they were not edible. A total waste of $159! They were refrigerated cold and after warming them up they were so dry that you couldn’t chew it. Very disappointed and will never buy Turkeys from there again. :(

My problem with the restaurant is that you have to stand in line to place your order and then you have to go get your food when it's done. My bad back and knees don't think highly of this demand. The food is good and the staff is nice.
