Another good restaurant bites the dust. I am so tired of restaurants that raise prices while reducing their portions and food quality. you can't do both. Bought a pizza. paid $1.00 just to have olive mix on it....so little amount it was hard to find on pizza. Come on....a $1.00 is overpriced for a few spoons....but now it is $1.00 for only A SPOONFULL. Same extra for the diced tomato....where is it? .50 for mushroom....5 mushrooms on the whole pizza. It's a shame. I USED to love that place.
I just paid 6 dollars for a breakfast burrito and didn’t even get enough chorizo to taste it!!!!gone downhill I understand saving money but dang!!!
If you like good baked goods and you like coffee or if you like other drinks or if you just need a credit union a bakery and a cafe all in one then come on down to whatever the name of the place is here the daily press it's going to press you into the credit union you deserve not endorse nor paid by something like that but that is a weird combination a bakery a cafe or Credit Union but this still got good food
Love the burritos and coffee, I wish every was awesome as this one is! I love it here! Great music clean environment, and the friendliest staff ever!

For this review, I wish that it was possible that I could give more than five stars. For the simple fact that the lady behind the counter was so kind as to not only take a short order from me, but to adapt directly to my needs. I told her that I needed for her to make me a cup of coffee and she immediately started asked me the details and exacts of the order. Since I'm kind of in a hard spot right now in my life, I don't necessarily want to give hard orders and hold a person accountable for messing it up.
With that being said, I give 10/10 for the delicious true espresso that my soul craved. This young lady will get my order every time that I desire to have that " cup of coffee" from another person's hand. Thank you for the smell of the shop and the smile behind the counter. ? X 2 on this review.

I stop by this gas station/cafe when traveling through Monroe. I’ve had their chicken salad (it’s great) However, I’ve never purchased their Gumbo or Étouffée! Bought some to take to my parents in MS! Sooooo glad I did! #CrazyGood
The burritos and biscuits are delicious! Very friendly staff too. Good coffee as well.
As normal, pressed sandwich. Store cold, should have also gotten soup.
One of my favorite places to stop by for a quick lunch in Monroe!😊
For a place called “The Daily Press” with a French press in their logo, the three teenage boys had no idea what French press was, or even how to work any of their own coffee machines. They pointed us to the instant coffee machine in the corner and said that was the best they had, and then laughed as we struggled to get it to work. We eventually left without getting anything after the instant coffee machine only poured out 4oz when we selected 16oz. When we pointed to the espresso machine, they said they had no idea how to work it. Worst coffee shop ever.
