Fasta Pasta in Monroe continues to miss the mark for me, especially at the prices they charge. On my latest visit I paid 15.49 plus tax for a pasta bowl with only four shrimp, soggy overcooked noodles, and a greasy sauce that pooled at the bottom of the box. The shrimp and other proteins tasted precooked and reheated, and some pieces were still cold, which completely undercut what could have been decent ingredients. Their own online pricing puts shrimp pastas in the mid‑teens, which is the same range you’d pay at many sit‑down Italian restaurants that serve freshly cooked pasta and a proper portion of seafood. For what Fasta Pasta charges, you should be able to expect hot shrimp, al dente noodles, and a meal that feels like more than a gloopy takeout experiment.

Super fresh food. Took only 3-5 minutes to get my food after paying. It was very hot and served in a take out container making it easy to take with you whatever you didn’t finish. I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was the best I’ve ever had. And that’s not an exaggeration. Seasoned very well and the chicken was tender. I will be back regularly!

Absolutely amazing! 100% authentic and it's ready to serve! The recipes come from an Albanian couple I had the chicken alfredo and the sauce is creamy and one of a kind. The prices are reasonable. The owner introduced himself and took time to talk to me about the food/restaurant. Very very pleased!

For our travel trip to Monroe, the people at Fasta Pasta reached out to us regarding working with our team for one of our pregame meals, and we are so glad they did! They were extremely helpful throughout the process and was willing to work with our unique situation. We ordered the chicken alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, special salad, and breadsticks. The chicken alfredo was absolutely incredible! It was more than just a basic chicken alfredo and had seasoning and real parmesan that made it delicious. Another hidden gem was the caesar salad dressing! It was amazing and probably some of the best salad dressing our team has ever had. We will definitely be using Fasta Pasta again next time we are in Monroe!

My husband walked in right before closing, unbeknownst to him, and the staff was super kind and made our order even though they could have absolutely turned him away. They’re always wonderful there, and everything is delicious and made to order. We will definitely make note of their closing time, but super grateful to them for making our evening.
