We were passing thru on our way to Texas on I20. We stopped at Longhorn Steakhouse in Monroe, LA for dinner.
The hostess told us there would be a 15 min wait. We looked around and the place was almost empty. I made a comment about that and she mumbled something about a ‘pawdy’.

Upon arrival, we noticed it was pretty busy, nothing unusual. We entered the restaurant and told it would be a 25 minute wait, that was not a problem so we give the host our name and number and proceeded outside to wait. After about 45 minutes we hadn’t been called so we went in to check only to find a young man at the hostess counter, so we asked if we were overlooked and he said that we were at the top of the list but no phone number was available I assured him that my...read full review
