While some feel that the food quality is declining for the price, the young people working the front counter are kind and very welcoming. Although the parking lot could use some improvement in lighting, the overall dining experience at McAlister's Deli continues to receive praise for its exceptional service, highlighted by team members like Alonzo, who make each visit enjoyable.
