Not the Cashier fault. But the Manager. Not allowing to add food order after ordering because of the line at the drive tru? I understand. But not even allowing to add a drink? That is ridiculous. Was is the hassle of adding on a drink? I'm disappointed in the service I was provided.

They close at 10 went there at 9 and they said the food was oit of stock. I think they got another whole hour to cook and serve.. but seems like not interested in doing business.If you are traveling and hungry don't stop at this location.

Bad since we didn’t get the food we paid for. We live way out of town and getting all the way home with missing food was an upset at the very least. What food we did have was good except the large order of cold cheese rangoons.

White guy working at the registers was so rude, rolled his eyes at me when I repeated my drink order and begrudgingly called me "lady" when he handed me my food, and the black girl with the droopy face working the drive through was acting so unprofessional yelling at her friends across the store, not to mention she was snacking on food while she was actively working. Food was undercooked and covered in oil, employees need to fix their additude because wth is this

Staff is rude and only worried about their online orders being picked up. Waited in line and was ignored by every employee until they had no choice but to pay attention. The employee was rude when asking about flavoring of chickens so walked out without ordering and will never be back.

Horrible customer service. I waited in line for 20 minutes along with several other people, before they started to leave, which we were never acknowledged. No communication. Then, once they decided to take my order they said it would be 10 minutes on the item I wanted. We witnessed the drive thru orders being filled quickly. The inside was a hot mess. Management you need to schedule the proper number of people to service your customers especially during one of the most busiest times of the year.

My daughter and I ate here so we decided to do a takeout for her dad. We ordered Beef & Broccoli and the Walnut Shrimp but ended up with broccoli and no beef. After I changed my mind about the beef & broccoli the server racked it back into the serving dish after it had been in contact with the shrimp. CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!!! I HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY AND THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are all running around like they really don't want to be there and no one is friendly. This was just poor service!!!! If zero stars were an option I would've chosen it. This was a HEALTH HAZZARD AND SOMEONE COULD'VE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE, LAZINESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.

We were passing through Monroe for vacation and stopped into this particular Panda Express on the way to Florida and the way home. It was just the good!! The staff were soo kind and friendly. The building and restaurant were nice and clean. I highly recommend this location.

Kid-friendliness: My kiddos ALWAYS love Panda!!!

Customer service absolutely horrible! Canceled order because of how horrible the Customer service was. Will never return!
I have no idea why she even thought that her attitude was ok, while taking a order. Luckily my child was with me otherwise it would've been a major issue...
