Sat a waited and waited- finally left without anyone working ever batting an eye. Place has taken hard turn for the worse
Portico was once a staple in our small town, but I can no longer say I recommend. To-go quesadilla was completely burnt on the bottom. The server at window said absolutely nothing when she gave us our food; she had no response when we said thank you. She actually slammed the window after giving us our food, only to forget our drink. We went to portico today, we were the only 2 customers inside the restaurant besides one other guy at the bar. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink orders.. we finally flagged someone down 20 minutes later to order food. The guy who we spoke to asked the bartender if she would take us (as customers, we were sitting at the bar) she very rudely said “NO”. We were sitting right there watching this all happen.
