Pretty slow service , Lot of noise from all kind of singing in every other minute. Long wait for getting seated then lot of wait time to get food. Food is pretty average;
Its a long wait time specially on weekends and lot of noise as they have live grilling at one side. Food is average but infrastructure and ambiance is good. Worth a try one time but i will expectation mile on this one.

Such a huge improvement over old RJ Gators building! Nice open floor plan is beautiful, but does make for a louder atmosphere than I prefer. We were still able to talk, but it was a strain at times with 5 at a booth. The waitress really knew her stuff!! She knew every nuance of the menu items. The main course not coming out at the same time was not perfect.
Parking: May need to park in front of Dicks and walk across. Not a huge deal. Have to do it for other restaurants near by as well.

The food was good. New restaurant is nice. Our server Stalee was neither good nor nice. She brought the sushi rolls with no plates and no sauce dishes. We asked if we could have both. She came back with the plates. We asked again for something to use for the soy sauce. She left came back and put one sauce dish on the table. Then she asked…”do you think you’ll need more than one?” There were only two of us eating but it seemed like a hassle and such a difficult task to get us each our own soy sauce dish. She asked twice if she could clear our table when we were clearly still eating. Sad, because it could be a good place.

At Ronin in Monroe now. We ordered our meal (family of four). My family received their meals. I ordered a Maine Roll as my meal. The wrong roll was delivered to the table and the manager came over and took it literally our of my hand. My family finished eating their meals and my roll didn't come out. When the manager was asked over, (as my husband was paying the bill), we were told that my roll couldn't be bumped to the front of the line , because there were other customers waiting for their food. She was very rude and a borderline smart*** as she gestured to the rest of the customers in the restaurant. We will not be returning.

I would give five stars BUTTTT....... for God sake, who turns the air conditioner off at 2 pm and leaves it off until they open at 5:30? It's 100 degrees outside. That air conditioner needs to stay on and if you're worried about the cost just bump it up a few degrees but LEAVE IT ON in between lunch and dinner. We ate dinner there a few times and it was SO HOT in there I almost passed out trying to eat my food. With the grills going it's unbearable and who is that cheap anyway? Just to save a few dollars on an electric bill? No. Just no. The food is awesome. The servers are awesome. The manager is awesome. But it's terrible you expect the servers to work in a hot place like that. Look out for your customers and employees and make it nice and cool in there.

Experience was great the chefs were awesome but our waitress was not good at all she messed up our orders and didn't want to discount our meal at all she wasn't really even remorseful for what she did. Although she did take responsibility for the screw up but she wasn't really willing to at least try to make it right so I paid 84 dollars for a meal that was prepared in front of someone else while I watched them get experience that my wife and I were supposed to have. That was my first time ever going to anything like that I won't be coming to this establishment again. And we also complained to management about this and they did nothing, didn't even offer a discount on our next meal or anything like that. So in closing a D plus from me thanks for your time

Our first visit to the new location and everything was great! The restaurant looks more elegant than the old location did. We ordered calamari and sushi. It was all fantastic.
