“Papi Locos is my favorite place in Monroe for tacos, no question. Their Taco Tuesday $2 tacos are a steal, and the chicken tacos are always amazing. The chorizo queso is a must, and the hibiscus water is so good too. The owner is also incredibly kind and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!“
