Such a great place and the muffins are a family favorite! They also sell great meals in their freezers which always come in handy for quick but delicious meals. Visited this place all the time as a kid and it’s still one of my favorites.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for the longest time, and I finally got the chance today. I ordered the popular TikTok drink, but it came in the wrong cup—the one meant for hot drinks instead of a cold cup. There was no caramel at all, which was supposed to be part of the drink, and the coffee didn’t taste right either. I paid around $7 and didn’t even drink it. I could’ve asked them to fix it, but I tried to be understanding. Still, I’m really disappointed. I won’t be coming back.

We got a few casseroles from here to cook for thanksgiving. We had the broccoli and cheese dish, the cornbread dressing and the stuffed bell pepper. It was wonderful and all tasted so good. Thanks guys! Definitely check out their inventory of premade ready for the oven dishes bc they are wonderful.

If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to coffee/brunch place! My mom and I visited in September and we had such a great experience! Our food was incredible, and the coffee was delicious. Our waitress was so kind to show us how to order since it was our first time! I accidentally ordered my latte hot instead of iced, and the waitress was so sweet and made me the drink I meant to order free of charge! 10/10 recommend!
Parking: The place is small and the parking lot is too, but if you go at a lesser crowded time of day you will have no issues! Also, the drive through runs through the parking lot so be aware of vehicles around when walking to the door.

Went by to try it and asked for a sugar free caramel latte. They either just gave me a reg coffee and milk or somehow make the worst tasting latte I’ve ever had. no caramel flavor at

Good Morning, I just received the worst service from the manager at the location in Monroe. My order was incorrect and I requested a refund. I was told no refund but she can add Avocado. I said I would like a refund, the young slammed the window... Another older sweet lady returned and refunded my money. I have never been treated that way at Coffee Bean. We usually order breakfast for our company meetings from Coffee Bean. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated today. The young lady seems so unhappy with her job and helping people. The level of service will now stop me from spending money with a local business that I have really enjoyed. I hope this message will provide a coaching opportunity.

Place is usually easy to get in and out of. Frozen meals make busy days' dinner easy. Better than frozen grocery store, not quite homemade. Bakery items are always fresh and good.
