August was fantastic! He greeted us warmly and suggested a unique twist on a graduation Aperol Spritz. Normally, that drink can lean a bit bitter, but his custom recipe was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. His friendly personality and creativity made the experience memorable. Kudos to him!
My husband and I recently discovered our new favorite spot, and we can't wait to return! Although we aren't locals, we were recommended to check out The Cotton. However, what we found above The Cottage was a hidden gem—an intimate, cozy bar and dining experience that felt like stepping into a charming speakeasy. The Eli had such a unique vibe that we instantly felt at home.

This was my first time visit The Eli and I will definitely be back. I went for a solo dinner and sat at the bar and the bartender August was so nice and sweet and made my experience at The Eli amazing. Plus he makes an amazing French 75!
