Do not EVER go to this wingstop.
I somehow accidentally placed my order here instead of the location I needed and after trying to call the store and speak to the manager to get a refund I was told by the employee that the only way I can get my order refunded is to come into the store and bring the card I used. I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES while explaining what happened that I live in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATE.

Horrible customer service!! Once they unsauced my wings & when I told them I couldn’t come back there was supposed to write my name down for replacement. Went up there to get wings a week later due to a busy work schedule and they refused to make them bc they hadn’t actually wrote my name down and made me pay.
Called other day at 10:50 and was told they wouldn’t make anything that was traditional.
