“Edited my rating. Location is doing good during the pandemic. New drive-thru employees are great. Would be 5 stars but an inside person needs to understand basic communication skills especially working with the public. This is the first time I ever had an employee not talk while taking my ordered. Just stared at me I thought he couldn't speak until I heard him talk to an employee.“
“So I had a bad experience with a Taco Bell and Morgan City and this one just so happens to have a Morgan City address as well. I'm not going to get any details but the manager here handled it so well and so professional. I get props to her. She did an amazing job and she corrected my order from another Taco Bell. She definitely deserves a raise“
