Y'all check them out, I had a very pleasant visit there, I got my order to go but seeing how clean, welcoming it was, I decided to eat in glad I did. If you like tacos try this location. Also wasn't no yelling going on, and drive thru was very swift.Smooches ?“

“Gotta brag on this specific location. Staff is always attentive to FOH even with the new self order machines. Food is fast, good, and RIGHT every single time. I go out my way to order from here even with another location 2 minutes away just for the service. I was a shift manager for 2 years about a decade ago and this is the only location I’ve been to since then that seems to actually care.“

“Went through drive -thru heading back from Florida on our way to Texas… later in the drive right before 9 pm skeptical about getting decent food on the go especially that late… both husband and I food was really good… tasted very fresh and hot… don’t expect much these days especially fast food and we were both impressed… not gonna lie, best experience from a Taco Bell in years … guy at the window very nice and just wanted to give them a shout out when so many fast food places get the negative comments….. this particular Taco Bell ? or this particular shift ? great job guys!!!“

“I patiently waited for an unruly customer to hold up the line while exchanging their order 3 times. It was clear that the gentleman at the window was doing everything possible to satisfy them without gratitude. Fortunately, everyone else was patient and felt sorry to watch. “I feel so bad I had yelled at the people in drive thru to pick up a delivery because it was a long line. And even though I couldn't skip the line to get order. They were really the sweetest people. “couldnt even pause to make sure she heard your order or let her repeat it back to you.. because you pause even a little, she completes your order, gives you your total, and tells you to move forward..i would undertand if there was a line and it was lunch rush.. but we were literally the only ones in line..food was fire though“

It didn't just look clean, it smelled clean, not a chemical smell, just clean smelling.

1st, im not huge on taco bell, cost vs what you get is a bit steep NOW A DAYS, that and my favorite CHICKEN casada has more cheese now than flavor HOWEVER, opinions aside;

Customers and non customers experience will continue to be controversial, and rarely understanding in this day and age, so let me interject some facts into the mix.

given the location/circumstances this location is exposed to daily, i was completely shocked with the elevated standards and just how CLEAN the place is compared to nearly EVERY taco bell location in the baton Rouge area. This team needs to be commended for there efforts and adjustments they needed to make in order to sustain high standards in this location, great team and team work.

How often can you say behind a toilet was cleaned in a restorant DAILY, even behind the faucet? Not only that three windows counters FLOOR, EVERYTHING IS PRESTINE... toilet paper fully stocked... draines clear floor drain p- trap full of water so no sewer smell comes through, lights are all working, the staff is professional, and don't apear to be lacking, you can tell a mother must be in charge here haha, some workers may have been on break so I understand but curb apeal may suffer with groups of workers sitting out, but in general, this place is dialed in, i would be suprized if this team passed inspections with flying colors if they keep this up!!!.

As a supervisor, seeing no stone unturned is what I look for in preventative maintenance and this place is doing well to privide safe, healthy food, instilling integrity, and providing quality to the community. And its not being spoken about, I feel bad reviews will be majority and its inevitable simply due to the nature of the beast...
And my goal is to hit hard with facts here.
And ill be the first to say id rather eat here than most restorants in baton rough simply becuase of how well the bathroom and amenities are maintained PERIOD.
AND NO, I DON'T KNOW ANYONE at this location, feel free to look me up.

“The map says it opens at 9:00 am but it's always closed ?, they probably start attending at 11 or closer to lunch time. Food is correct at least 7 out of 10, always check your food, even if you have a long line behind you. They'll take care of it.“

“This was the best experience I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time! My chalupa shells were stale and I went to get them swapped out and had the best service to help me with that situation. The woman that fixed them for me was super kind and even made us extra food for the trouble. Delicious food and nice staff!“

“I usually have a good experience in the drive-thru. I've had missing items in the past, but nothing that I wasn't able to get fixed unless I forgot to check my bag before getting home. Food is decent enough and service is good. I use the app to order, which I highly suggest, since it's much easier than ordering with the AI thing. These are mostly teens or young adults, so it may not always be perfect, and I've not found any reason yet to stop going to this location. I'd just suggest checking your order before driving off to make sure nothing is missing.“

He helped me out and made my order to the T. he also had a smile that is truly one of one. he was able to help me while also keeping the line of costumers moving. he is the GOAT!“
