I don’t always have the highest expectations for fast food customer service. But the sweet lady at the drive-through during lunch today was amazing! She was overflowing with kindness and had the best attitude about life. Kudos to whoever hired her! I wish I would have said that to her then so I’m hoping this review reaches her management team and they share my appreciation.
Food was as fresh as it normally would be!! 4/10
I usually have a good experience in the drive-thru. I've had missing items in the past, but nothing that I wasn't able to get fixed unless I forgot to check my bag before getting home. Food is decent enough and service is good. I use the app to order, which I highly suggest, since it's much easier than ordering with the AI thing.
