“I visited Marie's for the first time while in Natchitoches for the 2025 Folk Festival. It's not much to look at, but the burger I got was the best I've had in a long time! A hand-formed, well-seasoned patty with fresh toppings and a tasty bun made for great burger experience. I can't resist onion rings, so I ordered those, too. They were fried to non-greasy perfection: golden and crunchy. The folks who waited on me were great: friendly and helpful.I think this will become my #1 stop on future trips to Natchitoches.”

“My husband, son and I were on a road trip and needed to stop somewhere for lunch. We love Mexican food so we thought this would be a good choice. The food was unbelievably good. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was not at all what I expected. It was full of chicken, onions, bell peppers, and the tortilla was absolutely perfect. It was served with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Best quesadilla I've ever had. My husband and son felt the same about their meals. - they were outstanding. We will definitely plan a return visit.”

“Lasyone's doesn't only have homsey charm and delicious food (they're fresh green beans that are battered in the kitchen are the bomb) they have great employees and customer service. I left my hat on the beach outside of the restaurant over a month ago.. I live in Shreveport so I had to call. I spoke with Shawn and hid it in the closet for me and I picked it up today! What's not to love!”

“Beautiful restaurant. Too many tables and chairs crammed into casual dining. Unable to navigate to the restroom. Loud in such a small area. Less is more for what is expected from an upscale restaurant.”

“Customer service was great. I called and ordered a king cake and it was ready for me to pick up the same day. I couldn’t choose between strawberry or cream cheese so I got 1/2 strawberry and 1/2 cream cheese. As for the cake itself, well I obviously couldn’t wait to take a picture before I had a piece. This will be my go to place for king cakes from now on.”

The coffee is fresh with lots of fun options, from boba teas to espresso and everything in between. Stop and say Hi to this wonderful couple that own this place. They are a hidden gem !!!”

“My husband and I have been wanting to try out SweetD’s for a long time; we had an opportunity to get lunch there today! We were not disappointed!!! The food is fantastic. I got a chicken salad croissant, tomato basil soup, and a Keto chocolate chip cookie. My husband got the broccoli salad. It was all delicious! FYI: The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the establishment is very clean! In my personal opinion, you won’t be disappointed on any level! We will definitely be going back!”

“It didn't take long to get a table, even if the main parking lots were completely full. They warned us about the wait time on a Sunday, but the food was totally WORTH the wait!!
Amazing food! Great pork chops (highly recommend adding the crawfish sauce and shrimp!) and the catfish with or without the etouffee was great too! And those fries are the amazing battered crunchy ones!”

“Alba’s cookies are always incredible! She sent several mockups to make sure we were on the same page. She puts so many artistic touches into her work and she is a pro at incorporating textures and different frosting techniques. She made beautiful cookies for both of my children’s first birthdays. You will not be disappointed with her work and we will be using her again soon 🥰”

“We get pizzas too often. It's fast and cheap. But dominoes tastes better. Caesars used to be the cheapest in town. If they keep raising prices, dominoes will probably get our buisness more often.

“My friends and I always ate at steak and shake everywhere we saw one. Esp in Branson Missouri. They had 2 there. I wish they would get a lot of them in Louisiana . I was so shocked to see rhis one in Natchitoches La at the college. Haven't tried it yet. Didn't know if the public could eat there or not. “We discovered this place by chance because it was next to our hotel.The pizzas are generous and tasty.The staff is very friendly.We didn't have time to enjoy the arcade room but the games seemed nice, clean and the place was quiet.Good place to take children.We highly recommend this place ??✨”
