First time to enjoy Cane's Chicken and all I can say is WOW! First of all, THE BREAD! Do not sleep on the bread. Lightly seasoned, lightly grilled, perfect amount of crunch. The chicken is lightly and perfectly breaded and seasoned. The Cane's Sauce is sassy and spicy and elevates the flavor profile. The crinkle fries are good as well.
TRAVELERS BEWARE: This location is nowhere near the interstate and should not have been posted on the roadside restaurant sign. We took the exit, and it was another 15 minutes, well into downtown Natchitoches. This will be a minimum 30 minute detour.

Absolutely nothing to complain about during our meal. We ordered a 3pc tender meal with a sweet tea for both of us (18 YOA son), and the bill came to a twenty dollar bill and some change. Careful on the first bite cuz it's definitely fresh out the kitchen.
