This manager with the glasses is absolutely the most disrespectful person I've ever met. I ordered a large Greek gyro meal with curly fries, right? She first gets the fries wrong by giving me a medium regular fry. I ask politely if she could give me curly fries. She takes the fries and throws them in the trash in front of me. Regulations, I understand, but the whole vibe of it was disrespectful. She gives me a bag with a medium curly fries, upon further inspection, that's when I realized the fries were a medium. I asked her if they were medium to confirm, and she said that they were. She then again takes the fries and throws THEM away. Again, regulations, I understand, but you can feel the air getting hot with this lady. When it was all over, I go to eat them fries that I had to constantly get corrected, I took the first bite and about wanted to throw them at the lady, but didn't because that would be some sort of assault and I still have a clean record. I'll be darn if my first offence is throwing fries at this lady that at the moment I definitely felt like she deserved it. The fries were cooked way past their cook time. She's not paying attention to what she's doing at all and this needs to get sorted out quick. I'll go back in the near future to see if anything changes.

Girl took order, had to tell her 3 times that i wanted 2 meals, plus another sandwhich. She slapped my food on counter and walked off , never asked if i wanted sauce, i stood there for a couple minutes, getting ignored. Had to get sauce at the place you get straws and lids, the little paper serving cups was out, 4 was all they had. Food was ok, but service stunk.

We placed our order. Waited over 20 minutes. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Burger undercooked and cheese looked like it was pulled from under something. After waiting 20 minutes told they would have to cook fresh fries. First time and last time eating there.

We have ordered a classic beef, smoked brisket, mozzarella sticks and a large fries. We waited 25 minutes but understood cause the store was new and busy. HOWEVER see photos what we got. Are you all kidding me? The cup of the large fries was full only half way, the mozzarella sticks were hard to bite like stones, and two burgers….(I have no words). I didn’t expect the same size burgers as show on the menu but expected more than this!!! It is not worth for what I paid $21.07. It is like a scam!!! While I like Arby’s I will never visit this particular store again.

It makes me sad that this Arby’s is so terrible! Our first visit we encountered rude workers and cold food. Several months later we tried it again…No improvement and we were served Raw Chicken. There is no excuse for that! I hope no one gets sick. I would rate this with no stars if I could.

DO NOT order a Reubin!!! First one cold!! Second one SMALL serving of meat, no saurkraut and a BLOB of cheese!! Service on ordering excellent. Remaining service apathetic, nonverbal!! Rude!! Disappointed our Arby's in Pineville great. Service an food quality great.
