Don't be fooled by the stupid Google maps stating that this place is open. They tore down all the signs this place is permanently closed, good riddance I'm happy.

Burger King you used to be my joint. When I wanted a good meal you were my go-to. What happened? The fish burger is a no! You are doing well with the Impossible Whopper, but can you add an Impossible Croissant or biscuit? I do still have love in my heart for you, I'm keeping hope alive.

The service has gotten extremely slow. I ordered an iced mocha and a sausage biscuit this morning. The iced mocha tasted like watery milk and the biscuit was dry and hard. I’d rather pay $$ at Starbucks than spend money on food and drinks that I have to throw away.

The Keyser location needs to be shut down until they can find good professional workers! It’s ridiculous that EVERYTIME I or my coworkers go to this location we either never get our food and have to request our money back due to the wait time in line in both the drive thru and lobby or we get food that’s not prepared as ordered! Waited 29 minutes in the drive thru for an ice cream cone to only get a cone inside of a cup and quickly found out the ice cream was completely melted?

Rating is more towards owner/upper management. It was very hot in there, and according to employees their ac has been out for over 2 months now, Shameful that a big business like this cant pay for the ac to be fixed. Tje food wasnt that great but cannot blame the guys there. Management should be glad they still show up to work under tjose conditions. Oh and the BK sign falling apart doesnt help at all.
