Just come home today from having gallbladder surgery. ER staff was excellent! Med surg unit was excellent! I had the best nurses for my stay! Dr. Ball is a fabulous surgeon! Thanks for the great care NRMC!

Don’t schedule people who you can’t see. I was 20 minutes early and shoved into a PT room and have been here more than an hour.
My time is exactly as valuable as your is. If you can’t schedule your patients or don’t possess the staff to see them in a timely manner for what amounts to ten minutes of actual medical attention then schedule less.
How about I charge you for every hour I have to wait? Or you can take my hourly wage off the bill?
No, of course not, you are the medical complex and are immune to such things.
Plan an extra few hours if there’s more than 4 cars in the PT parking area.

Went in for a miscarriage. The nurse never told me the results and I had to beg for them only for her to be like “oh yeah they’re negative, nothing is there” then I started crying and she said “at least you know you can get pregnant”
Y’all need better bedside manners or just don’t become a nurse or doctor.

My brother had surgery there. He has received the worst care. We are very unhappy. He has suffered tremendously.
