This location leaves a lot to be desired. Appeared to be understaffed and unconcerned with wait times. Food was on par with chick-fil-a standards, but wait time and overall customer service experience was not enjoyable. Will not return and would not recommend.

I have trust issues with this chick fil a. 9/10 times that I go, they give me the wrong thing.
The first time I was in town, they gave me ranch instead of avocado lime ranch dressing for my salad.
The same thing happened again. And they forgot my cutlery.
Another night I pulled through and the person giving me my food forgot all my sauces (guys, the sauce is one of the most important parts!)
Happened again with the same person. Now when I come through and see the same employee I always have to double check, and always have to ask for my sauces.
Today I went through and ordered an egg white grill meal with a fruit cup and got hash browns instead. It clearly says fruit cup on my order. The service is always very kind and sweet but it’s always so slow, and I know they’re bound to mess up my order. I’m not the only person this has happened to, this has happened to a couple of my friends as well stating that they feel like they wait in line way longer than a typical CFA. I just wish they would take the time to double check the order is correct before serving it out because, isn’t excellent service and going the extra mile what CFA is all about?

I’ve never been more disgusted at a chick fil a. I went inside to order a spicy, my food took an exceeding amount of time to come back and a kid named jade or something came out getting a drink and they were yelling for him to drop my food. Then when I got home to do my work, my food was absolutely disgusting. Never eating at this Chick-fil-A again.
