totally unacceptable! dirty bathrooms, food not cooked properly on 2 of our meals, waiter is mediocre at best and way over priced. it's a total shame to pay a premium price for bad food and bad service.
Every time we go we have delicious food and great service! Even when they are short staffed, they are still doing everything they can to take care of customers! This is honestly the best Chili’s I’ve been to! The food is consistently great!
The garlic bread wasn’t toasted and and my pasta was lightly warm and chicken was still cold. I told the young man that we wanted the bread toasted he said it may be a few minutes.The manager told him to come out to tell us how to order the garlic bread next time. I told the young man why didn’t the manager come out. That shows you if management is sorry, what do you expect from the workers.
Just sad, what happen to good service.
