Do not go to this restaurant they will look you in the face & over charge you. I am no longer normalizing poor customer service & poor management. I was charged for a drink I never received & when I spoke with manager, she made so many excuses on why she could not do a refund! The manager finally agreed to the refund & never did it, asked for my card information but never refunded the money. This restaurant has cameras & POS system that allows the manager to pull up any table on any date & resolve any issues. They do not know how to resolve issues at this chili's. The whole crew seemed to be looking for ways to charge more money from its customers. The drinks were great the food was nasty! Them chicken crispers need to be discontinued, fake chicken. The chicken Chipotle bowl has gone from good to WTH! I hate to complain because it's just chili's but management needs to do much better!

Sliders was raw in middle, eggrolls and cheese sticks under cooked. Will NOT be going back. Better be glad my 7 year old showed me the raw meat before eating! 60$ WASTED!

10/27/2024 Sat for over 1 hour w/o being served, ordered a drink while at the bar, only to find out that bartender was new. Wanted food but couldn’t wait any longer for it. Also was unable to watch the saints game while being in LA. Services was the absolute worst I’ve ever had and chillis is my favorite.
Will never come back here and recommend no one ever to come here as well. Charged for drinks that weren’t sipped as well. Negative stars if I could

Our server Katelyn was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and met all of our needs. And the GM Mia’s made sure to always make sure our food came out good and hot, I willl definitely be back again. The waitress was on point. Very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks very flavorful .

We had a table of 4 adults, 2 kids. Kitchen was blamed for the food coming out wrong. No chicken strips on the triple dipper. A wrong drink was on the waiters tray, the split tickets were split wrong with me getting the specialty drinks and all the appetizers. Not everything was the kitchens fault, but the waiter in the dining room was the only waiter working the dining room, with a helper to serve.
