Went to chilis tonight and they were out of everything. In my honest opinion they should have shut the doors until the truck came.

Chili's is Chili's. Food is the same at them all, the service is the problem here. We didn't eat this time because we sat and no one ever came to the table. While 4 staff were by the kitchen door just standing and talking and looking at the dining area but not paying attention. This was the worst time,but definitely been the trend. Which is why we've not gone as often. So if we get an urge for a triple dipper we'll be doing it to coincide with a trip to Shreveport or Alexandria.

totally unacceptable! dirty bathrooms, food not cooked properly on 2 of our meals, waiter is mediocre at best and way over priced. it's a total shame to pay a premium price for bad food and bad service.

We had a server named Sky or Skylar and she was absolutely rude. I was trying to order my food and I accident has my speech impediment come out. I said wack or ribs instead of rack and she laughed and went wack of wins. Absolutely awful and she was rude when I asked for a drink and said uh we don’t make those absolutely not. I am 17 and writing a bad review about a restraint. Get it together Nachitoches Chilis!
