Website says closes at 11pm. Called at 9:55 pm on Friday October 24, 2025 and guy answered. Told him I would like to place an order for pickup. He put me on hold. Came back and put me on hold again. Came back on the phone at 10 pm to inform me that they close at 10pm. I said your website says 11pm and he responded it is wrong. So he put me on hold until 10pm so he could say they were closed. REAL AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE YOUR DAMN WEBSITE

We waiting over an hour for our food (just one large) I blame the manager because their was only one girl working and she had about 7 people walk in and order and also having to take orders over the phone.

The level of unprofessionalism and incompetency of this establishment is astounding. Pizza was subpar, cold and overcooked. Also Apparently unknowingly to me I was undercharged yesterday then today received several aggressive threatening calls and texts asking for several different amounts. Was I being scammed? I’m not sure?? Ultimately this establishment ended up charging my card a second time without consent and even called the police AFTER they got one of the different amounts they said I owed. So confused, beware when using a credit card they will recharge your card!!!!

When ordering the pizza,no was told I could present my on line coupon, found on the website for the Natchitiches Johnny's Pizza location, but when I arrived to get and pay for my pizza, I was told the coupons aren't for that particular location. The young man at the counter laughed at me for saying that putting coupons on the website and not honoring them was faulse advertising. I wasn't offered or given cheese or pepper packets. I won't return and plan to let my friends know about the coupon policy.

Frustrating experience, we ordered a flip and asked how much time it will take. The lady said 10-15 minutes. It took more than 35 minutes and it was cold inside.

**Disappointed!** Ordered from Johnny's Pizza House, and the experience was a letdown. The staff was unprofessional & impatient. Both my pizzas were overcooked burnt. Sadly, it left us craving better service and quality. 🍕👎

Ordered here one night to have dinner before boyfriend got out of work, guy on phone didn’t repeat my order back and I thought he got the right order. I get there to pick it up and think everything is fine until I get home and he didn’t do half and half. Called up to see if there was anything to do, since I can’t eat the portion that was made and was told it was too late and that I was wrong about what I placed the order on, and basically told there was nothing he could do for me.
Grew up eating Johnny’s and loving it, but the Natchitoeches location is not it. Three times in a row our pizza was way overcooked. Charred. Light on the toppings even though we paid extra for extra. Extremely disappointing.

Edit: I did fill out the form a few days ago. I actually preferred that rout, but when I didn’t get a response I felt like maybe this would be more effective.

I am appalled at this place. The level of filth is astounding. The bathrooms smelled awful. The kitchen was grotesque . This place needs to be closed down. I ordered 2 personal pizzas and by the grace of God I happened to be looking in the kitchen while they were making them and saw the young male SPIT across the kitchen into a trash can over the pizzas he was making. I immediately got up and left. I cannot even fathom the kind of people who raised this child. I didn’t even feel like arguing for a refund, screw the 20 dollars. My health and my families health is worth more than that.
