I eat here all the time and don't have a problem with the food. However, trying to order the food is an issue. The app never works, the drive up kiosk is broken, and I usually just have to call to place an order. The Mac and cheese helps

Oh wow, that reminds me of this one time I went to this restaurant in Natchitoches. I had been to this place once before. I remember seeing a couple of roaches scurrying around the first time, but I thought, "Hey, it happens, right?" I figured they'd have it sorted out by my next visit. So, I decided to give it another chance. When I returned, right off the bat, the place seemed the same. But as I sat down to eat, I saw a roach crawling on the wall. Then another one on the floor. I was shocked! It was clear the problem hadn't gotten better; it had gotten worse! That was it for me. I couldn't bring myself to take another bite. The sight of those bugs just ruined my appetite. It's not just about the bugs, but what they represent - a lack of cleanliness and care. I haven't been back since. I mean, if they can't take care of a bug problem, what else are they neglecting, right?

The first time I went, McAlister's was awesome. The next two times, they did not put tomato or the mustard my sandwich came with. The staff was also not wearing gloves or hairnets, I watched as hair was swinging over my food. I won't be going back for a while.

I recently visited McAlister's Deli, and I had a fantastic experience! Jeremy, who took my order, is always incredibly friendly and attentive. He goes above and beyond, asking questions and engaging in conversation. The new manager is also doing a great job in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.Moreover, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend McAlister's Deli to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.

Visited this establishment on Sept. 2 and it was not crowded at all. (Only one other couple were in there.) Worst customer service ever. After I walked in, I looked over the menu and still I did not receive any acknowledgement . RAINA, KAITLYN and PHILLIP all looked at me and not one person spoke or came to the front to offer ANY assistance. I walked out and noticed an African American woman out front and asked her if she could take my order. If one of the names I mentioned is the manager she or he sets a bad example of providing good customer service & what it should look like. Also the manger NEVER appeared to rectify the solution, they stayed hidden in the back. Wish I had pictures to upload to show how this place was empty. To show there was no need not to be out front and welcoming guests and learn to pivot in the event a staff member walks away.

Ordered a Choose 2 and got a half a Just A Spud (which was exactly what I got a half a baked potato without any of the things that was suppose to come on it) and a half a reuben sandwich (which was one of the most horrible things that I have ever tried to eat, corned beef was extremely tough, and it might have had a tsp spoon of saurkraut on it, sauces on it were way off, the bread it was on was toasted and the sandwich was burned terribly on the only part of the sandwich where the bread had actually been toasted, this tasted and looked nothing like a reuben sandwich), ordered a BLT w/Avo and when I opened the sandwich container I wondered why the bread had not been toasted but once I looked on the inside of it guess what?, the inside of the bread was burnt just like the reuben was, the toasted part had been used to put the stuff on to cover up the burned part and there was very little bacon on it and the tomato was small slices of roma tomatoes that had no taste at all to them, the avocado that was suppose to be on it was 3 very, very thin slices BUT there was an over abundance of some sort of lettuce or greenery on it. I use to love to go to McCalister's in Longview, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana to eat but will definitely not be giving my business to the one in Natchitoches, LA. If I had not lived so far away from the restaurant I would have taken every bit of it back but instead it was put out with the trash. My total bill including Service Fees and Tip for the Dash delivery came to an estimated $45.81. Don't understand why it is estimated but I can assure you that they will not get any more of my money. Would not recommend it to anyone at this point. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

Picked up two choose-two orders to go. The bread was nearly burned and made the sandwich taste off. I tried calling the resturant three times 30 minutes before closing. It rings 3-5 times and then hangs up.

I ordered and paid online at 739 pm confirmed went to pick up at 743 to get in line they informed they close at 9 would not fix potatoes didn't want to be bothered with heating up a potato horrible horrible customer service will not be back
