McDonald's in Natchitoches

“They forgot part of our order, so we had to turn around and go back to get it. The cashier was not friendly even though I told her Thank You So Much. The food giver was just throwing it at us. It just takes So little effort to be nice. My family is so thankful for the food industry. I Thank them because I didn't have to cook. That makes them so Wonderful in my eyes. But to be treated with no greeting or response to my genuine kindness hurts my heart. We've just about stopped going to any fast food restaurant this past 2 years. Tonight makes me not want to go again. I'd rather eat a sandwich than for someone to be ugly to me. Get better. Try better. 1 ounce of kindness goes a long way.“

“This fast food restaurant saved us. We stopped late at night to use the bathroom at the place next door but it was right at closing time and so the doors were locked and the employees not sympathetic. We were so thankful that this place was open! The restrooms were open. The employees were chill and friendly. We ordered fries and they were divine, everything a late night snack should be. So thankful for this place!“
