“Me & bae decided to pick up a light snack from this McDonald's on our way home.
The cashier appeared to be the manager & he was very helpful, kind & attentive.
I went to the bathroom & it was really in mad shape
There was trash everywhere & and surprisingly, even the trash can was full.
The drink station was dirty as well; cup tops & straws tossed everywhere.
Drink spills all over the counter.
Full & overflowing trash in the trash cans.
Maybe they were short staffed this day
Anyway, I ordered off the "buy one get the other half off" menu if I'm not mistaken.
I got Bae the double cheeseburger & I got the Mc chicken
The Mc chicken was really small & tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for a long while.
I also got some fries & those were hot, salty & DELICIOUS!
I got a sweet tea as my drink as well.
I have to admit it was a little too sweet, but it was still delicious.
To sum up my experience, the service was top tier, the food for the most part was ok, the atmosphere was in bad shape (the bathroom & restaurant itself was really dirty)“
“They forgot part of our order, so we had to turn around and go back to get it. The cashier was not friendly even though I told her Thank You So Much. The food giver was just throwing it at us. It just takes So little effort to be nice. My family is so thankful for the food industry. I Thank them because I didn't have to cook. That makes them so Wonderful in my eyes. But to be treated with no greeting or response to my genuine kindness hurts my heart. We've just about stopped going to any fast food restaurant this past 2 years. Tonight makes me not want to go again. I'd rather eat a sandwich than for someone to be ugly to me. Get better. Try better. 1 ounce of kindness goes a long way.“
