$40 hidden fee when a family of more than 8 comes to eat...the family just became a party.
They treated my friends horribly these friends are business owners who wanted to eat as a family before heading back home. they wanted to charge them $40 for a table then refused to serve them. shame on you pizza hut in natchitoches for treating paying customers this way!!!
Waited an hour for pizza before we left . Terrible customer service. They were out of several drinks and pizza ingredients. Glasses were dirty. Will not be back to this Pizza Hut location.
