They were basically out of every sauce, water all over the floor by the fountain drink machine and out 3 ft from there in every direction. 2 piece chicken and you can see in the pic the 2 napkins were grease soaked. The bisquit was the best thing on the plate. It seems like 75% popeyes are just not on a very professional level and you shouldn't expect much from some of these places.
i didn't catch the name, so forgive me for this description. the short skinny white brunette man is extremely friendly and is wonderful at his job. I'm late writing this review, but he makes suggestions and eagerly fixes our messed up order. the larger POC woman that handed me my food purposely gave me blackened ranch when i requested buttermilk. again, forgive me for the description of her, but she was very rude and doesn't care about her job. the first man made...
When they do it right it's good, but more often than not they either get the order wrong or give me some dry overcooked chicken. The last two times I went they gave me spicy instead of mild chicken. And this is not the first time this has happened. They need to start paying more attention to the way they prepare the meals.
