The cooks don't know how to cook. I do not recommend going there.

THE WORST!!! The servers didn’t stop eating their own pizza at the bar. We are served the coldest, grainiest, cheese ravioli I’ve ever tasted. Asked if it is frozen and the server stated, “I don’t know “. The cheese ravioli was out in less than 2 minutes of our arrival. The bread and oil with no Italian spices was given to us. Disaster! We were told the spice’s are the salt and pepper. Staff states the owners never come in. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

No option given for selecting less than one star. We have no idea if the food is any good because we never received any. There appeared to be an owner/manager on site who never came out into the restaurant to help his overwhelmed staff. There for almost two hours and staff only came to our table twice, after prompting. We left without eating, staff said nothing.

within the last month we have visited Romas 3 times. first visit. server was very slow. the bread was awful. there were a total of 4 small parties present. all of us were complaining about slow service. same thing a few weeks ago, even worse. celebrating our daughters birthday and then to the Gala at NSU. our sever must have been new. we asked for some oil for our very tough bread. our server brought us a lasagna sized serving dish with about 1 1/2 cups of oil a some pepper. she was lost all evening. except when she and the other servers were at the bar on their cell phones ignoring the guests. and the yesterday, 13 people visit Romas following NSU graduation. 4 people never received their orders after waiting an hour after the first person was served. and the server actually had the gall to say, "we're going to take care if you and take the 4 meals off the bill" stupid. we never got the meals in the first place. we are telling people to stay away. you were a great family restaurant, but not any more. fix this and we'll come back.

A very charitable 3 star. All frozen shipped in food. Staff was great. If you must eat here, pizza only. Shame someone uses frozen

Outstanding!!!! We had been working extra hours all week, and wanted some good food close by. Heard Roma's has a new owner/manager, and he was on site himself. There was a gentleman we hadn't seen there previously. He was single-handedly running front of house himself, close to closing on a Sunday evening. It was obvious he had a lot of experience, and really cared about his guests having a superb experience. We asked if he was the new manager we heard about, and yes! His name is Koti Gashi, he was very open and receptive to questions. His experience in the industry, and his passion speak volumes. These qualities were obvious in his service and professionalism. Food was superb, as was the presentation. Prices were just as reasonable as always. We will absolutely keep going here!

We love Roma’s food and were excited to find one close by when we moved.

The food here was amazing. I got a side salad and it was perfect. The philly cheese steak was fully loaded but wish it had more veggies in it. The service was amazing the waitress is very sweet and kind. Once it's nighttime I'll get dinner so I'll drink a shot or two. ?

I went here with my wife and two daughters and three other friends. It was meh.The pizzas were ok at best - I've had better frozen pizzas from Walmart. They were cooked ok, but the bases had no flavor at all and the toppings were nothing to write home about. We went four days ago and I barely remember what we had, it was so mediocre. And yet, I vividly remember the taste of pizzas from a great place in New Orleans that we were at a week earlier. The service was slow and the one lady who ordered alcohol said they didn't make her drink right. The a/c was really struggling in the restaurant. It was so hot inside that one of my daughters gave up and went and sat in our car.I won't be going back.

Stopped for lunch in this little place. Ordered the lasagna, salad and also had some bread. Wasn't crowded as it was about 2 pm. Waitresses were very kind but were also preoccupied with their cell phones. Atmosphere was more like a fast food place rather than a restaurant. Overall the food was hot and very tasty. Service and atmosphere was really lacking.

Great experience! Good food! I was surprised by the originality of the restaurant. Being from the north with a heavy Italian following my overall experience was pleasant.
